A total amount of Rs.376 has been added to my vodafone postpaid bill saying that i have downloaded some chargeable content from internet. I have an active internet plan of 5GB. My number 9884838935. They are saying that these are 3rd party services and vodafone do not have responsibility. If in case i need any chargeable content (eg from google playstore) i will pay through my bank only. Here vodafone is requesting me to pay the amount to vodafone only and not to the 3rd party provider! These corporate are cheating their customers. I have registered a complaint with their customer care, Nodal officer & appellate authority but still no clear response. All they say is that it is a chargeable content… Unless the extra amount is waivered off, I am planning to PORT out from vodafone after this month. I request all readers not to take a vodafone connection as you will lose your money.
