Unfair balance deduction on reliance

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: GHORAMARA,P.S-SAGAR,PO-MUD POINT,DIST-SOUTH 24 PGS,STATE-WEST BENGAL,PIN-743356&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Student</p>I activated the whatsapp pack of 16 rupees on my number(9749274549).
After one month i deactivated it by sending sms and contacting with customer care executive.I mean that i deactivated it in december.And i got the deactivation massage.
But i had been charged 16 rupees in january.Thats why i contacted customer care by calling at 198 and sending email also.I got the answer that the pack has been deactivated.But they did not return my balance.Again i have been charged on 27th february and the customer care executives are not helping me.
I want my total wrongly deducted balance.
