Dear Concerned,
This is to inform you that, i have bought a mobile from flipkart (Order Id-OD30827032878) Karbonn Titanium S2 on 27/08/2013. And now i having a problem with my phone. For the same i went to Karbonn service center and they told me that this phone not under warranty and you can conatct to flipkart for this problem.
So i did the same and registered a complaint regarding the same ( Complaint No.140520020410) and had conversation with Mr. Kaushabh & Mr. Afroz. They always tells me that it resolve by today bt it is not resolved yet.
After that i have sent same above mail to flipkart and and had lots of conversation via mail and neither they are solving this problem nor making refund for the same.It seems that flipkart has given me old secondhand mobile instead of new and making their customer fool. because it is not under warranty.
So you are requested to kindly acknowledge the same and do the needful because now my phone is not working neither it is starting nor it is working after somehow it has been started.
