I like to say that it was my fault to support a cheap brand called Micromax, it was just my mistake to believe that this company is providing a good quality products to their consumers, but now, i’m just regreting that why i choose such a cheap brand called Micromax.
About 11days ago from today, i purchased android smart phone name- Micromax Canvas Engage A091, purchase date-27.06.2014 colour- Grey, from my near by shop. It was just working fine but within one week of purchase, the phone starts misbehaving like screen gets unresponsive & its capcitive option button automatically starts to work on its own (i did’nt touch it) and this not the only problem, when i go to MMX service station of Allahabad, name- Radio Centre, i was totally get insane mad!
What type of people they kept in their service station, they were just seems to be uneducated & having lack of knowledge & they even don’t know how to talk to the constumer.Anyways, this is not the only thing which makes me angry, when i showed my faulty handset to the service persons and tell the problem then they said that it takes about 1 month to repair it becouse their is a lack of necessary parts to repair my handset! What are you doing Micromax? if you don’t wanna support your consumer then why you people open serivce station! Move on Micromax, if you continue this type to activities then you people are no more longer.
