Unethical online business

I have ordered three different items on 16.02.2015 when seasonal sale of Monte Carlo online portal was going on and from the available items I have successfully ordered three different products under order no. 100022298. As I have opted for cash on delivery, they have confirmed my order on 21.02.2015 by calling me and after I gave all the details I have ordered. I have all the SMSs and mails received from them. But on 11.03.2015 they cancelled the order through SMS & mail stating “Out of Stock”.
Much more fair business practice is expected from an esteemed concern line MONTE CARLO. Can I apply for to Consumer Forum for such unethical business?
