unethical behaviour to solve a recharge issue of rupees 200.

Name of company/service: tata docomo

i got a friend to recharge my tata docomo number 9036129060 for rupees 200 from Bangalore, when i was traveling in Delhi. After receiving the balance of 200 on my phone, each time i switch off and on the phone they would cut Rs 3.45 without me making any calls or sending any SMS. my entire recharge of 200 was over within a few days and without me using even Rs.50 worth of calls/SMS.
when i called the customer care, they say i have been sending SMS’s everyday, which is a false claim. As i have hardly used the number, while telling them so repeatedly & asking to escalate to speak to a team leader or higher authority, the customer service representative disconnected my call.
very unethical behavior and my issue is unsolved, it maybe a matter of only rs.200 but it is a question of whether docomo is cheating customers by sending SMS’s on its own and deducting money for the company’s benefit and have no answers when asked to solve the matter and plainly disconnect a customers complaint call.
please help me resolve this issue with docomo.
