Undue delay in migration from postpaid to prepaid mobile service

Dear Sir On 2 September 2014 I submitted all necessary documents with a sum of Rs. 150 and requested migration from postpaid to prepaid mobile number 96508***00 at Airtel Relational Ship Centre plot 66, Near Mahalaxmi Hotel, NIT, Faridabad 121001. I was told that the migration will happen within 72 hours and my due amount will be adjusted in [security money + Rs. 150]. Nothing since then has happened so far. Today it is 15 October 2014. Every 2 days I am calling Customer Care and I have been told every time to wait for another 4-6 hours for a revert call since the complaint is escalated to the higher authority. My complaint number is 58322111. I swear to god that I have not received any call from Airtel regarding this. Due to this dalay I also have some outstanding due amount now, which is not because of me. Mr. Harish (09910111099) from Airtel Relationship Centre who took Rs. 150 and my documents from me is not picking up my call. I request you to please take action and help me sort out this matter. Yours faithfully Dr. Sukant Garg Garg Nursing Home Gwalior
