Not refunding my money

I’ve booked a cell phone and its flip cover from snapdeal (order number 2662129542) on 20th august 2014. The flip cover I received but the cell phone costing Rs. 8200/- (Micrmax Canvas Elanza A121) I’ve not received. After repeated complaint (Complaint Number:8779393) they initiated my refund on 3rd September 2014. But till date I’ve not received my money. Whenever I’m calling the customer care, they are asking for my bank statement. Getting the bank statement costs me Rs. 100 from Axis bank. For calling them I’ve wasted more than Rs. 200/-. Every time they are giving me stereo type answer that “our team is working” and even after submission of bank statement twice I’ve not yet received my refund. For last 2 months I’m mentally and physically harassed regarding this issue. I’ve no idea what to do and feeling helpless in this festive season as I do not have money for shopping for my family. Please help me.
