I,KIRAN ASHOK AHER, Complaing about-
1) Has taken a NetSetter of Idea as a Postpaid service as an Independent number but the Company does not taken field visit and Added this Number to my Existing mobile Number which is also a Postpaid(Housefull Plan with 500MB data free) number without intimating me.
2)I have taken NetSetter Plan-Rs.199 per month with 1GB data free on 8-May-2012 but Company Activated it on 16-may-2012 and Free 1GB data given on Pro-rata basis that crated huge amount of Bill for me because Company didn’t told me about this Pro-Rata scheme.
3) If Company added NetSetter number 8805020269 to Moblie no.9922066069 then Free Internet Data of Both Numbers should be consolidated to 1.5GB.
KINDLY PROVIDE ME JUSTICE REGARDING THIS COMPLEXION
