Billing, delay in Service deactivation, unwanted charges,Lazy reply BY AIRTEL.

Name of company/service: Airtel

I was using Airtel postpaid card for more than 2 years. I was having GPRS activated on my number.
Suddenly they activated some services on my number. which was charging me 60rs a day. I was getting messages like you have been charged 5 rs for the jumpdudejump service on your number. I was getting 12 msgs a day and for which i was getting charged 60 rs/day. I raised a complaint to Airtel Customer Care to immediately deactivate my service. initially they assured me to deactivate the service in 2days. But even after 2weeks they haven’t. I consistently raised several complains to deactivate. Every month i was getting Bill added with unwanted charges. This happen for 3months. even though they havent deactivated the service. I even mail them to do so. but o responce from them. I received pathetic service from airtel. Even though i was a long term customer. Now these guys are forcing me to pay the bill for unwanted charges. Why should i pay if AIRTEL technical dept is unable to resolve my problem. I want to raise a complaint against AIRTEL for charging me for unwanted service and not resolving my issue in the due time.
