I PURCHASED A SYMPHONY AIR COOLER DIET 22I ON 28 APR 13 FROM SUPREME ELECTRICALS, MHOW (MP). THE COOLER DID NOT WORKED FOR EVEN ONE MONTH PROPERLY. I MADE A COMPLAINT ON INTERNET SITE OF SYMPHONY ON 25 MAY 13. THEY SENT ME A MESSAGE THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE SERVICE WITHIN 12 HRS BUT THEY DID NOT. THEN I CALLED AT SYMPHONY INDORE OFFICE 0731-6452555 AND THEY TOLD ME TO REGISTER THE COMPLAIN AT THEIR OFFICE AND I DID THAT BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN UP TILL NOW. I CONTACTED TO THE SERVICE HEAD OF THE COMPANY MR PANKAJ – 9329667623. HE SAID ME THAT MAKE MY COMPLAINT ANYWHERE I CANT DO ANYTHING. THE COMPANY LIKE SYMPHONY BEHAVES IN SUCH A BAD MANNER WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS AND PROMISES ON MEDIA AND TV THAT THEY PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. ALL RUBBISH. ITS A BIG MISTAKE TO PURCHASE A BRAND COOLER. THEIR SYSTEM IS TO JUST SELL THEIR PRODUCT AFTER THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. PL TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM.
