I had ordered a package from craftsvilla order no: 100160600 which they dispatched on 18th of October by FedEx tracking no:771542974568. The expected date of arrival was 27th of October. on 27th when I had not heard from the service I contacted them and received very little assistance. The online tracker shows that the parcel is in Chandigarh since the 21st and therefore I requested for the warehouse address on the helpline. On reaching the warehouse where the package was supposed to be, I found out that it is in another warehouse and will be delivered to me the next day, i.e., today. The contact they gave me to give a reminder to isn’t picking up the calls and the package is still not delivered. Even after going all the way till the warehouse and being promised that the package will be sent it has still not been delivered. Also, Many of the numbers they gave me and are available online do not work. Lodging a complaint also did not affect the speed of the service as they do not understand the urgencies of the customer. They could have a message passed so as to inform us if there was any problem or delay. instead no information was given and still they are not responding to the calls and reminders.

It wasn’t delivered but was collected by us after shouting at the fedex office for almost 20-30 mins after which we were told to come around 4 hrs later to collect it again.
