Provogue online fraud with ICICI banking scheme

My name is Nachiket and i had ordered a watch from provogue website by the ICICI scheme. I received it after 1 month and that too is defective. I keep trying to call the customer care, and some how was connected to it once. They said that someone will come at my place to pick up the watch and replace it but no one turned up. My order number is 128983583 and was purchased on Sept 30th. I tried emailing them many times but have not received any response. I have tried to write them feed back online as well but that too gives an error. And their customer care number is not connecting at all.

    On 11th April, 2017 I placed an order for a bag with provogue vide order No.392559673. On 21st April I received a message from the courier company: dotzot that the item has been delivered (Tracking No. AWB700009012426). Since then I have been lodging complain with both dotzot and provogue regarding non-receipt of the item. On 8th May , I was informed by provogue that I will get the refund of my money within within 2/3 days. Again today I got the same reply. I think provogue is a fraud company. Just cheating people. ICICI Bank should not have allowed such cheat company to partner with them.
