Hi, I had sent a doc to South Korea on 29th and was promised by the company it’ll reach the destination on maximum by 2nd April’13. But its 5th april today and no one has any clue where my doc is stuck, the status is showing “midshipmen on hold” since last 4 days.
They blame on wrong address which is not the case here. Ms. Pooja Gha from Mumbai dealing with my case is being rude when I call.
I have no clue where my important doc are now and whats the status with its delivery?
Spending so much and I am not even getting a proper reply from these people!!
Can I get some help?
