DEAR SIR,
I HAD TAKEN A NET SUBSCRIPTIO OF RS2600 FOR 6 MONTHS. ITS A CABLE NET, THE OWNER HAS GIVEN ITS MAIN CONNECTION TO ONE OF THE RESIDENT OF OUR SOCIETY IN “C”WING. AS HE PUT’S OFF THE SUPPLY NET GET’S DISCONECTED. WE FILED A COMPLAIN AT THEIR OFFICE MORE THAN 20 TIMES AND THEY JUST SEND THEIR ENGINEER WHO DO NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.AND ARE UN AWARE OF THEIRR TASKS. WE REQUESTED FOR THE REFUND OF OUR MONEY, AND ON ASKING THE DESIRED PERSON CONTACT NUMBER NAME AND NUMBER NONE OF THEM ARE PROVIDING IT. ITS REALLY ANNOYING SERVICE AND I AM FED UP WITH IT. REQUEST YOU TO SOLVE IT AT EARLIEST.
