Uncompleted Commitment

Location/place: GURGAON

Name of company/service: VODAFONE MOBILE SERVICES LIMITED

Dear Sir/Mam

I was used a Connection of Idea Cellular (+91-8510008456)

Vodafone Customer Executive was informed me that their company is providing me A Plan of Rs. 200/-(Monthly Rental in which included 600 Minutes (Local & STD)+ 300 National SMS) & also providing the same services used by Idea Cellular as well as Internet DATA Plan Rs. 98/- (including 2 GB Data) against the Plan of Rs.350/- (Monthly Rental) By Idea Cellular.

I was agreed to port my connection from Idea Cellular to Vodafone & My Connection & Services was starting with Vodafone from dated 20/05/2013.

My Mobile bill was generated on 28/05/2013 amounted 851.39/- (Rupees Eight Hundred Fifty One Paisa Thirty Nine) that was wrongly charged because Internet Data Charges Charged as 10Paisa per 10KB instead of provide me Internet DATA Plan Rs. 98/- (including 2 GB Data) and The Major Part of Bill Amount is charged for Internet Data.

I Complained many times to Vodafone Mobile Services Ltd. by Calls, Emails & Messages but they was unable to solve the same and forced me to pay the Total Amount of Bill of Rs. 851.39/- that is unnecessary burden for me. Today My Outgoing Services is barred.

So Please Register my Complaint and do the needful as possible from the side of consumer as per law.
