Name of company/service: Datawind/ Ubislate
I had complained in this forum about the Ubislate/ Datawind company not supplying the tablet in-spite of me paying the amount specified by them. 7-10 days later, a person from ? Complaints section? phoned me and asked whether I was ready to pay another two thousand rupees to get the model available as the previous one was not there. I agreed to pay the money on receipt of the tablet.
After that no communication is there.
Now I am thinking I should have asked them to refund me my money. How do I go through to get my money?
