Name of company/service: MATERIAL WITH RESIDENCE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
Sir,
Sadaam named contractor had made a contract to construct my home till May’2012 but he didn’t complete the work. i had paid him 300000/- out of 450000/- total contract value. He demands for another 100000/- to start the work. i had written the complaint in local police station but they said we will talk to him still this is a case of Civil Court.
Due to urgency i required to get the work done through other contractor.
Please suggest me to do this is right or wrong.
