Location/place: Bhubaneswar
My Office had sent me a parcel on 27th June 2012 and till today (10th July) I haven’t heard back from the courier company on the status of it. They are not picking up calls and now they have stopped responding to emails also. Instead of being warned that they would be reported to consumer court, they still have not got back to me. If I do not get a response to this email within 24 hours, be ready to get a notice from my lawyer. I am going to proceed this in the consumer court.

Dear Girija,
I have been waiting for last 10 days sir, Hope you understand that this is very urgent and also your WEB Tracking does not get updated with the actual status. Please let me know what the status is. Your office at Cuttack is also very un-responsive. They do not answer calls and this is very annoying.
Please let me know by what date you are going to deliver it. As such I have had huge business loss already.

Whoever is concerned,
Please note that I still have not got any updates from your side on this. My patience has paid off now, I am filing for the case in the Consumer Court state tribunal of Orissa against your company. this will be my last email communication with you people.
Also this will be reported to all the consumer forums available online/offline to make everyone aware of your substandard and pathetic services.
