unavailability of water in Maya cineplex

Dear Sir,
Last Friday, I saw a movie Tannu weds Manny Return. I paid Rs120( including tax Rs 42 ) for daimond category .There is no facility of drinking water.If u thirsty than purchase water bottle in Rs 20.This is the problem. I went to manger with this problem and told everything. He said owner spent lots of crore rupees.In every cinplex there is no facility of water.So, tell me its true..I asked why I paid tax than he said tax is for government. I told to manager in Gorakhpur there is SRS they have facility of water. He said get out and watch your movie.So, I kindly request to you please make attention on this problem. And take strictly decision against Maya Cineplex,Gorakhpur and his manager.
