I ordered a headphone on 17.04.2015 order no. #16321 and paid on-line. The order was shipped on 21.04.2015 but i have not yet received my headphone. Its already one month but no sign of delivery yet. I tried to contact the number on the site but it strangely is switched off. I also filed 3-4 tickets on the site but got no reply yet. Such negligence is not at all acceptable and bad for a companies repute
