My Airtel Broadband connection for the fixed land line number 080-
40922616 was disconnected abruptly on 24 June 2013 and and instead
given to another person (but with a different number). On lodging a
complaint with the customer care on 25th June (Complaint/service
request number 36147432), I was promised the issue would be resolved
by 5.30PM on 26th June. Not only was the issue not resolved, but when
I contacted the Cable manager for my area (Mobile No.8892366512) he started
verbally abusing me in Hindi. There has been no follow up on my complaint status
so far. I request you to advice me on how to take this up more seriously.
