Unauthorised deduction towards VAS BY Reliance GSM

My Reliance-GSM number 8055259405 . I have not enabled VAS Hungama. Confirmed by sending sms STOP to 121 . But Reliance-GSM automatically enabling VAS Hungama service for which I am getting sms VAS Hungama deduction SMS and 1/- charging eveytime. It is fourth time in last 15 days.
I contacted customer center and they comfirmed that I have not subscribed any VAS service and then they promised to credit amount which was deducted for VAS wrongly.
However they have not credited the amount and again they deducted today for VAS service.

Please look into my issue and refund the money deducted.

    My number is 9863141826 i have not subscribe vas hungama but Reliance-GSM automatically enabling VAS Hungama service for which I am getting sms VAS Hungama deduction SMS and 1/- charging eveytime. Please look into my issue and refund the money deducted as soon as possible
