Incorrect product delivered

We have received incorrect product for the order we had placed. Image shown on the site and the product received are different. We contacted Paytm support as well regarding this issue and are following up with them since past 15 days. But they are not paying any attention to it and not taking it seriously. I requested them to take back the product and refund my money at the earliest. But they are not replying to my emails and totally ignoring this issue. Kindly help me with this issue. Thanks in advance. Waiting for early response from your end.

    If you have valid receipts and known their office address, then you can send a Legal Notice to claim replacement of new one or refund of money. If they would not comply as per notice, then file a complaint case in Consumer Forum for deficiency of service, unfair trade practice and mental agony.

    On the other hand transaction was complete through internet and you have no knowledge of address or stress of the said concern. In this situation you can lodge a complaint to the Cyber Crime Branch of Police and file a Cheating Case in Judicial Magistrate Court.
