Unauthorised deduction by Bharti Airtel

Location/place: agra

Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel

My name is Akshay Singh, having airtel prepaid connection no. 9997755779. The balance of my phone is getting deducted regularly from last 7 days, without any reason and information. I got my number recharged on 10th Feb by Rs. 150, the balance was finished within four days whereas only a few calls were made, on 14th Feb, 2013 with Rs. 150 at 9:15 PM the balance almost exhausted within 3 days whereas I hardly made calls for 5-10 rupees. Again I got my cell recharged on 17th Feb, 2013 at 9:47 Pm and Rs 60 vanished off by 12:00 PM.

On 17th before getting my number recharged I was having a balance of Rs. 35 then also I was not able to make any call as the answer was “you do not have sufficient balance in your account”

I called highly irresponsible customer care a number of times in last three days, they say that they are checking the information and request to hold the call and after a long hold of 4-5 minutes the call gets disconnected. Even after calling them three times they bared my number and my call was not getting transferred to customer care executive.

The service of customer care……….pathetic, bunch of fools and stupids receiving your calls who do not have product knowledge, plan knowledge, common sense, cant understand your problem, dont even know how to talk to customers………..worse I have ever observed of any company in my life. If you ask them to transfer the call to senior, again a hold of 4-5 but the call will never get transferred.

I am fed up of the pathetic services and unauthorised deductions of airtel. It seems that this company is incurring losses, hence it has started looting customers.

I have decided to port my number along with other five connections of my family to some other company and will suggest all my friends and relatives to switch to some other company and save their hard earned money.

Thanks
Akshay Singh
