Mismanagement at Pick Up Point resulting in missing of Bus

I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Pune on 8 Feb 2013 with same travel date and booking id GOBUS375c31360320557 and Operator PNR AGB8OJ5G. I called travel operator to know the pick up point. Since the bus arrival time was 10:30 pm, I reached Majestic Bus Stand much before time as told to me by bus operator. I called him again there but since due to network problem call could not be completed. So I called him again but he did not pick up the phone. I called other two numbers given in my ticket but nobody picked my phone. I asked there at the place where is the sharma transports, the person at the shop name Sharma transports (same name of another shop ) he told me that bus from pune goes there. But I was not satisfied I kept calling that number but nobody was picking up the phone. At 10:15 pm that bus operator told me that mine ticket is of different Sharma transport. In order to catch the bus I called that number again but nobody picked the phone. Then that bus operator gave me the location of that Sharma transports. Since I had 15 mins, I took a auto to that place I reached there in 10 mins at 10:25 pm but the shop was closed I asked many people there why this shop is closed I had the bus now. I called again that number but again nobody picked my phone. And I missed my bus .So I have to took another bus since I was having imp work in Pune.

After coming from Pune after two days I went to that shop I told them what happened that day so I asked for refund , they said you didn’t come that day so you are not eligible for refund. I said I was there only but you people were not picking up my phone. Then he asked me that number, he told me that number is not of the pick up point, it is of the head office. So I asked why you have not given your pick point number details and proper location details.I asked them to call head office so they said they will call me next day and told me that since I have booked ticket from GoIbibo so they will refund your money. Please have a look into my matter as soon as possible. I have gone through lot of pain that day .
