I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Imphal on 26th April and back on 30th April 2018 for Rs 11450.However on 25th April I noticed that my ticket has been cancelled without my authorisation. On contacting the make my trip customer care they promised me that it has been an mistake from their side and they requested me to book a fresh ticket for the same itenary. It was emergency for me to reach Imphal in 26th April so as advised I booked fresh ticket @ Rs 31780 hoping that Make my trip will make the refund as promised. There were phone calls recording for the same and I had received official mail stating that I will receive the refund, however it has been 20 days and they are reluctant to respond any of my query and when I call customer they just ask me to be on hold and eventually disconnect my call after 30 or 40 mins. I had to pay a total of 42000 for a flight journey.
