I have placed the order on 19th of April,2018 (DROOLS MEDIUM ADULT DOG FOOD) and made payment using my debit card. I was informed that I will receive the parcel on 26th of April through GATI. Then on 26th of April, they said there is delay in delivery and the product will reach me on 3rd of May,2018. But i didnt receive any update after that. So i called snapdeal customer care on 9th May and they said they will resolve the issue as soon as possible. But i didnt recieve any update till next day evening. Again I called them on 10th May, they said problem will be resolved within 48hrs from the complaint registered time. I waited for 72hrs and no response. And I made a final call again. I received the same response saying give us 48hrs to resolve the issue. But i havent received any update from them till now. Its already been a month time that i made a payment. How can a company be so lethargic to take my payment before one month and not taking any actions to deliver my product??
