unauthorised balance deduction

my cell no is 9024677771(vodafone rajasthan). sir there are unauthorised deduction of balance of rs 169.00 in between 16.5.14 to 19.5.14. when i complaint in regard of this company represantative said u have download some wallpapers, animation, software etc. we cant refund ur balance. plz take action. i want my refund. the deduction s are as followes 16.5.14—99.00 17.5.14—15.00 18.5.14–35.00 19.5.14—10.00+10.00 visha somani
