Unauthorised balance deduction

Hi,

I am rohit singhai and one the your service user.My number is 9039423020.Yesterday the following amount has been deductaed from my account for the services which I didn’t request or subscribe, rs 99 , 30, 49, 49. (Approx Rs 215.I also called cutomer care immediatealy but I did not get any proper response from them and the call was disconnected by the represantative in between, even I got charged 50 paise for that without any solution.Now I left with no balance.After that I tried to reach the represantative again but could not make it.

I also have registered my complaint, but but did not get any proper response till now.The complaint no is M12373747.
