My girl friend sent gift to me through DTDC courier Dhanbad to Banaglore. DTDC Bangalore Mahadevpura whitefield called me and told me to collect the same, but they didnt give my courier. They were saying, they will call me in evening. But they didnt call me and when I called them back they cut my call more than 10 times. Finally i gave up. Next day again I called them but they didn’t response to my call. And after sometime they called me and enquired about the content. Don’t know why they wanted to know the content. This all beahvior really disturb me. Its hurt my feeling and sentiments. I went there and waited for an hour during my office time. They should understand the importance of time and person feeling. I am very much disappointed with them. Please take some strict action against them.
