BSNL has activated an unauthorised joke subscription on my no for which i never made a request or responded to their offer. The DND link on the website is not functional and the customer care is never responding. i have tried so many times but they do not take the call even when i am on line for hours.Addind to the miseries the message which they ask to send to unsubscribe the service always gives a failure result. I am helpless as well as irritated, the sillly jokes are always coming and after every 5 days rs 5 is deducted from my account. please take some remedial action
