It has been more than months since my complaints are being not attended last week a logged a complaint to change my plan but in vain.
Bsnl executive called me to ask the plan and told me to be sure that my plan will be changed but yet no answer. I called them and even the executive who was appointed for my work has switched his mobile off. The complaint number they gave me was UWNOI24041300005, my telephone number is 2411734 and the executive is Mr. S. K. Sharma number 9412000280.
I even went to the BSNL office, there a person tells me that they don’t know about online complaints and if there is so they don’t know what to do.
