Internet not connecting since Two Months

Ours is a commercial land-line with a broadband connection. Our connection for the period of Diwali’12 and the preceding two months was doing good without any dis-connections. And all of a sudden since the past two months, there isn’t a day where the connection has not been steady for even five minutes. There’s no use of the support line 198 which is in place to take such kind of complaints. Furthermore there’s this MTNL site staff called Mishra (Shimpoli exchange, Borivali West) who is well known to tamper with the connections if this guy doesn’t get or is not satisfied with his Diwali quota. There is no reason for the line to create a problem unless tamper with.
