I had registered a service request on 21st of August for my microwave oven which I had purchased in Dec 2012. The request id is RNA130821047799. After registering the complaint, a representative called me at my mobile on 24th August and enquired what the problem is. When I described the problem, he commented that it must be due to a fault in the controller and said that he will raise a requisition for the spare parts. But after that, there has been no further feedback that I received. Subsequently I called up the customer care a couple of times for the status and both times I got the feedback that it is in process. I am extremely disappointed with this as it is more than 15 days I registered the request but there has been no action on that. Please help.
