Name of company/service: idea cellular

Dear Sir/Maim

i am using tow number (7827122195, 875004516)1 from lats couple of years both number was under cug (there was no charge for calling to each other) But when i receive bill of August month there was charge for cug. Now your person are saying for cug no should be 5 number in cug circle. Now my concern is that if my number was remove from cug then why you should not inform me before charged for cug. Now i want refund my all charges.
