Unable to view Tata Sky Services from last one week

I am a Tata Sky consumer in Bangalore with the subscriber ID 1016436097, I have two connections at my home. One is the SD set top and the second one with HD settop box. From 19th of April, I have lost the signal of my Tatasky TV, I have called the helpdesk number atleast 7 times in last 7 days but no action has been taken from them. The same situation is there for my parents connection and my friends are also facing the same issues where Tatasky is signal less for more than a month and no engineer is available to visit and fix the issues. It is well known that Tatasky is facing the similar issues through out India but there should be some ETA to fix the issue. We have paid for annual subscription and also bought the settop boxes, it will be very costly to migrate to another service provider, since it will involve huge cost. I would like to request this matter to be taken across higher level and the issue should be addressed in a timely manner otherwise this will spoil the name of Tata sky and all the Tata group of companies.

Tatasky services is fraud ,does unfair deduction with me just for a recharge of 1000/- they are asking me to pay more n deactivated.Its the corrupt telecom ministry that fails to erradicate corruption thus giving full pleasure to grant their corrupt services with no stops despite of several forum courts opened but of no advantage to general people .
