Unable to use my account for more than 40 days due to Bank’s no communication and mis- information

Hi Sir/Ma’m

I opened my account with HSBC on May 24th, 2012 as a Corporate Salaried A/c in Hyderabad. And ever since then, I have not been able to use my account.

I have money in my account but I can’t use it to pay my bills. I am asking other people to lend me money which is very shameful to me because I have the money but can’t touch it due to my own bank’s negligence.

Here’s what happened :
First they gave me a Demand Draft with a wrong name. Asking about correcting it, they gave me different solutions and none of them worked. I still am not able to cash it.

Then I have been calling them to get my Debit Card PIN which has been sent thrice from their office in Chennai but never gets delivered to my address or the branch.
They said they are tacking it on priority but still I have not received any update or my PIN.

I registered myself on Internet Banking to at least access my account from there but they have not sent me my Net banking PIN.
When I asked about that they said I would need to order their Security device without which I can’t access my net banking, and that device is free of cost. However, when I checked it on their site, I found that it has a cost+service taxes.

When I want to escalate, the supervisors too give me incorrect information. Also, they said that there is no way that they can take complaints and that I will have to write a complain after logging on to their website which I cannot do as I don’t yet have my security device.

The bank is very unhelpful and it’s because of them that I am still penniless. And not only that, they never call back. I have to call them everyday and it takes almost 30 minutes everyday that I spend on phone with them and still am with no solutions.

Please help me as I am in desperate need of my own hard earned money.
