Unable to resolve ISD problem by IDEA

Hi my no. is 9666641985

From last 15 days I have raised complaint to IDEA for my ISD services they are unable to solve the same . I have

launced several ticket but without solving them they are closing the tickets stating it has been resolved . When I

am calling to customer care they are disconnecting the call or are keeping me in long holds .
My problem was that I am unable to make ISD calls to a paritucalr no , for which they are unable to identify the

problem . Earlier I was able to make the same and to my surprise these IDEA people does nto how I was able to do and

why it is not working now .
The people working in the company are not efficient enough to solve the issue .

First they told there are some other service which is active becaz of which my ISD not working then they told its resolved then they asked there is no ISD service ,

I want to ask if i was not having the ISD service how I was able to make the calls in the last month , I also have the proof for the same in my bills .

    you have read my entire description or have replied with some pre set message .. I have already writtern that i have raised the request , it is resolved and my docket was closed . moreover I was able to make the calls 15 days back and suddenly it is not working .
    Even now you people are telling that ISD calls are activated but still I am not able to make the calls .
    Really IDEAS should have people who know how to resolve the problem techinically from last 15 days I am hearing the same thing again and again

    I have the exact same problem, trying to call +33/french number :

    I once got “number is currently switched off …”; now, it’s “number is not available, please check …” which tells me it’s iDea’s fault, for answering machines are the norm in france, and phone carriers over there never tell service message messages in English !!!
