Met with an accident on 24/02/2013. My car which i was driving along with my wife fell downhill while coming from CHINTPURNIJI near Hoshiarpur.My wife was seriously injured her both hands were fractured.Submitted the required documents after the companies agent visit and physically saw the injuries sustained.Was harrassed for submitting more documents attested by the doctor but i did so.When they require the premium everyone calls u visits u.But at the time of claim the insurer has to do all the odd work despite being injured What a way to claim your own insured money. Till date have not received any proper response/reply about my claim (claim no.OICCH1/2720)
