unable to renew music voucher

I have purchased a music voucher from oxicash then I entered the code through Nokia music but it doesn’t work. I complaint about that to Nokia customer care last week. The representative assured me that the problem was cleared within one week and the music account has renewed through online from Nokia customers service. But he don’t do that. Please take immediate response about my complaint.
