REFUND

I ordered 2 shoes of 1120 rupee.I got my delivery on 29th of july.Both shoes was damaged ,and the shoes stitches was not there.i registered complain and they told me that i will get my refund within 48 hours.then i waited for 3 days that is 72 hours.then again they told me i will get my refund in 48 hours for sure. but now its more than 2 weeks has been passed but i haven’t got my refund i have called then more than 20 times ,every time the use to say that they will give my refund in 2 days but i dont think they will really give my refund
