Unable to repair my mobile since 2months.

I have brought mobile of Micromax company Model – Micromax canvas Nitro A310. After 3 months it started overheating. from dt 2nd Feb mob is with service center ( Samartha Telecom Nashik) but they are Unable to repair my mobile and also they are not giving me replacement of handset.
