we have purchases on date card from FALCON INDIA (CHANNEL PARNER) MTS INDIA 188/71 Prince anwar Shah Road Kolkata-700045 vide bill no:2020 dt:21/03/2015.
While selling the data card they told us that data card will be activate by two full working day, But still as on today same is not been activated due to document was not submit by them at Mts as confirm by Mts Customer Care on 25/03/15 and 27/03/2015.
pls help us on this regards
