Unable to receive OTP even after changing mob no for NRI acc since last 3 months

My registered BOB online complaint no is 70842.
I am not receiving OTP since 3 months even after changing mobile no.

I cant spend daily one or two hour to do unfruitful discussion with local branch to resolve this error as logically its not in their hand.

Hope BOB will wake up and would have some respect of Customer Service Satifaction like thing.
