Unable to get proper solution from Samsung customer service

My mobile handset is Samsung Galaxy star-pro GT-s7262.I brought this handset six months ago.it has a warrenty period of one year.but it has a ram problem.it does not work properly.i sent my handset to authorised Samsung customer centre(Basirhat) 4 times.but they did not give me proper solution.after some days of servicing,the problem is occuring again.what can i do sir?please help.Samsung authority does not take any perfect responcibility to repair it probably.
