I have port the number 9716574268 from idea to Airtel.
As per lat statement, BILL NUMBER 0200584947 DATED 03 Dec,2014
I am having refund of ~418 rs in my account.

When I talked to customer care they told me amount will be refunded till 4th Jan,2015
on your registered mailing address which I have not received till date.
So I again called at customer care then reply was go to idea showroom.
When I went there they told me to go to main branch in Noida sec 64.
Do we pay bills in this way to idea?
If there is delay of 1 day they charge extra fine from us.
Now I do not understand why are not they giving my money back to me?
