sir i have purchased samsung galaxy s3, invoice no. SSC./13-14/4504 . Recently after travelling from college to home i realised that my phone had a cracked screen . I called the coustomer care for first time , then they spoke for 1 hour and then disconnected the phone abruptly and never called again . I called 2nd time then kamalesh (supervisor) lifted the phone and again spoke 1 hour and gave the service request number 847052599. Even though my phone is under warrenty , i could not get it done by the service provider. Instead they advised me that every indian must check the terms and conditions from the net before buying the phone. He asked me to check the warrenty card given in the sealed phone to know about the warrenty conditions . They also advised that every person to open the seal of the phone to see the warrenty card and if they liked the conditions they can buy it else need not buy the phone. I never expected such a deplorable service after purchasing the phone for Rs.25,000 and a screen buff and the body cover for Rs. 3000 for the phone’s protection.I never realised that it would break since it has a Gorrilla glass 2 screen. I never expected such a callous talk from the staff of samsung coustomer care after paying such a huge amount for the phone .
I was mentally disturbed by the way the coustomer care people handled the matter. Inspite of talking to them for 2 harrowing hours the complaint has not been resolved.
I request them to resolve the problem and repair my phone, since it is under warrenty. I request the samsung coustomer care people to be sensitive to the people and avoid disconnecting the call abruptly.
