Unable to connect to internet

I bought Reliance 3 (Model : AC2739) on a week before. My number is 9380910916. I am truing ti connect to internet but i can’t. It is displaying an error msg everytime i am trying to connect.

Error Msg: The remote computer cound not respond. To make sure to connect to remote computer ping…..
and The connection is terminated by the remote computer

I can’t recognize what is the error message. Please help me to get rid of this problem
