On Oct.2nd, 2014 I received a promotional email from Paytm.com stating to use their online payment facility (Paytm Wallet) at Tastykhana.in to make a payment of Rs.350 or more. And as an offer, they will credit my Paytm Wallet with cash back of Rs.150.
I placed an order with Tastykhana.in and paid their bill through my Paytm Wallet. As of today, I have not received the cash back amount.
They do not have a calling line for the customer service and hence I sent them an email at [email protected] regarding the issue.
My complaint was logged twice on Oct.13 & Oct.18, 2014 under Ticket # 103172295 and 103234632. I was advised that the cash back will be credited within next 24 hours.
The issue is still outstanding and they have stopped responding to my emails.
Please do the needful about such frauds.
